Our Custom Furniture Warranty

  • Builder Error

    Builder Error- We stand behind each piece made. In your builder/client contract, we acknowledge the responsibility to replace or repair a product with builder errors. At our cost.

    How it works?- At delivery, we will examine your products with you (If we deliver). Together, we check for uneven finishes, unnatural cracks, incorrect sizes, gaps, etc.

    If we do not deliver- We use a third party white glove service. They do require signature approval to receive their payment. Subsequently, if you find errors, please send photos/video to us immediately.

    Process- Due to work load, we cannot guarantee a delivery date but will send a repair contract for your records and tracking repair progress.

  • Lifetime Finishes

    We use the best finishes we can find on the market. Each project may require something a little different. However, each product is the highest quality. As expected with luxury furniture. Most finishes are expected to last a lifetime. However, it can vary.

    In our experience, finishes should not reveal dullness or scuffing within the first 3-5 years. If it does, we can refinish your piece. At our cost.

    How it works- (Local Clients)- After photo/video review, we will schedule a time to visit your home and refinish the product. Tables tend to require 2-3 hours or less. Please allow finish to settle/cure for 24-72 hours after reapplication.

    (Distant Clients)- It may not be cost effective to ship large furniture. So, If the repairs are minimal, we ship you a repair kit with detailed instructions for refinishing.

    If the product needs ALOT of work, we may recommend a rebuild.

    In EXTREME cases, we will come to you or ship the furniture back to us. After all, you are paying top dollar. It should be the way you want it.

  • All Limitations

    Yes, we outline the things we cannot do. For clarity.

    We realize things happen. And third party shippers have been known to damage a perfectly sound product.

    We do not assume responsibility for damages caused by shippers. However, ALL products are insured.

    Please allow time for our insurance claim process. We will repair or replace but it must coincide with the insurance process.

    Finishes- As you use your furniture, the finishes will not remain perfect.

    We keep detailed photos and video of your furniture at delivery. Your approval of the finish is specifically requested at delivery. This provides a starting point for the review of damages. Standard wear after 3-5 years (based on sealing manufacturers reference) is not covered under our warranty.

    Heat or Water damage- We will review finish limitations for your knowledge at delivery. Furniture finishes can withstand most spills and hot plates. But not ANY heat or repetitive spilling and moisture. Therefore, we cannot cover ALL damages. The list of variability is too great. All is explained at or prior to delivery.

    IF you wish to repair a product, from damages caused beyond our responsibility, we do not assume costs of new delivery or shipping.

  • Accidental Damage

    Death. Taxes. Animals and children proving nothing is indestructible…

    If your beautiful new item is damaged by the aforementioned, we will repair or replace at a discounted rate.

    Accidents happen. We do not want to nickel and dime loyal clients that trusted our effort.

    All items receive an “Accidental damage” discount. It will vary with each product. Generally, amounting to 10-30% discount.

  • Spec Furniture

    So, you ordered an item from our store?

    First, thank you!

    Sizes- We list the exact sizes of items in our store. We can send photo/video confirmation.

    All sales are final. If it is not the size you wanted, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return 7 days after purchase.

    The same applies to finishes. Every item for sale comes as is. If you receive the piece but do not like the color, we cannot accept a return 7 days after purchase.

    Returns- We will issue full refund after your item has arrived back to us. This MUST be shipped within 7 days of purchase. We do account for item shipping time. It will not count against 7 days purchase time limit
